Weather: Some sunshine with occasional showers

A high pressure area northeast of the state will maintain moderate trade winds, the National Weather Service said.

Showers will be concentrated over windward areas, according to the NWS forecast.

Here's how the weekend looks:

Today: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 81. East wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Tonight: Scattered showers, mainly before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70. East wind between 11 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Sunday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 80. East wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Sunday night: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 69. East wind between 11 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
