Waiakea and Honoka'a won the Big Island Interscholastic Federation baseball titles at Wong Stadium in Hilo.

Yesterday, Honoka'a (8-6) rallied from a 5-1 deficit in the bottom of the sixth inning to defeat Konawaena, 10-6, for the BIIF Division II title. Nine players had a RBI for the Dragons in the win.

On Friday night, Waiakea held off Kamehameha-Hawai'i, 12-10, for the BIIF Division I title. Waiakea (12-1), ranked sixth in the Advertiser's top 10 poll, led 10-0 after the second inning.
