A Wahiawa man being held on $50,000 bail at the main police station cellblock for allegedly using the Internet to set up a meeting for sex with two juvenile females will make his initial appearance in District Court tomorrow.

Eric Hayato Shiroma, 23, of a Holaniku Place address was arrested by Hawai'i Internet Crimes Against Children task force agents when he showed up for the meeting. Shiroma was charged with first- and second-degree electronic enticement of a child, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and possession of prohibited drug paraphernalia.

The case will be prosecuted by the Department of the Attorney General's Hawai'i High Technology Crime Unit.

Shiroma has a prior criminal conviction for third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug in December 2004.
