The Portfolio Management Group of Smith Barney has named Richard Ray senior portfolio manager. He has more than 22 years of experience as a financial adviser.

PUKALANI COUNTRY CLUB

Pukalani Country Club on Maui has announced the appointment of BERNARD THOMAS as assistant pro shop manager. He is responsible for supervision of the pro shop, outside services, cart maintenance, outside sales, promotions, member's club and vendor relations.

AON CORPORATION

Aon Corporation, a risk adviser and insurance broker, announced several additions to its staff:

Marcus Kim has 23 years of risk management and consulting services experience, with a background in healthcare and property. As senior vice president, he will focus on healthcare systems, long-term care, physician groups and large property portfolios.

Janet Ng joins Aon as a senior vice president after nearly four years at competitor Marsh & McLennan Cos. Ng will be responsible for the sale and servicing of controlled insurance programs and will provide account services/casualty coverages for Aon's general and specialty contractor clients.

Jeff Case returns to Aon as a senior vice president after spending the last four years at Marsh under the same title. With more than 23 years of insurance industry experience in client service and program negotiation, Case will help Aon clients manage their property, casualty and executive liability risks.

Frank Wirt comes to Aon with eight years of experience in the construction and surety insurance industry. As a vice president at Aon, he will focus on surety issues related to its contractor and developer clients. He was previously a vice president at Marsh.
