A cleanup of Kapa'a Quarry Road in Kailua is planned for Friday starting at about 9 a.m.

Honolulu police, city road crews and private contractors will be clearing out abandoned vehicles, tires, rubbish and other materials. The effort is expected to take between two and three hours.
