The state Department of Transportation advises Kaua'i motorists that temporary traffic signals on Kuhio Highway at the Kolo Road intersection, north of Kilauea Town, will be fully functional tomorrow at about 9 a.m.

The temporary signals, currently in a flashing mode, will be activated tomorrow to control traffic flow through the intersection.

Motorists are advised to use caution while familiarizing themselves with the new traffic-light patterns and allow for extra travel time.
