Technology, Internet Expo set for Friday on Maui

HONOLULU, HI - Business leaders and tech junkies are invited to check out the latest innovations and advancements in technology and the internet at the 2008 Technology and Internet Expo on Maui. The 5th annual expo and conference is being held from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the Maui Beach Hotel in Kahului,

Co-sponsored by Oceanic Time Warner Cable's Business Class, HTDC,Technology News Bytes and the Maui Chamber of Commerce, the seminar schedule includes a lineup of technology experts from across the nation. The expo will feature over 20 exhibitors from various businesses, including Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Oceanic Time Warner Cable, IKON, High Performance Systems, Xirrus, Xerox, Vacations Hawaii,Turn on Tech, High Tech Development Corporation, Lenovo and more.

The annual tradeshow draws more than 500 business, government, military and small business executives. It provides businesses and consumers an opportunity to see and experience the latest products, services and innovations through exhibits, seminars and presentations from today's technology leaders.

Attendees will also be treated to complementary pupu's including spring rolls, California sushi rolls, fresh vegetables with dip, mini chicken drumettes, kalua pork with buns, teriyaki strips, crab shumai, shrimp shumai, crispy won ton and fruit punch.
