Blustery weather likely to last through Monday

The weekend weather will be much the same as it has been for the past several days, according to the National Weather Service.

The trade winds will continue to blow, bringing a few showers to windward and mountain areas. Some of the rain may drift over into leeward areas at times.

Early nest week, however, the winds will shift direction and become light and variable.

Here's how the next few days are shaping up:

Today: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 83. East wind around 16 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tonight: Isolated showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East wind around 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 83. East wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday Night: Isolated showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Monday: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 83. East wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Monday Night: Isolated showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 69. East wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
