Not too much is happening with the surf on O'ahu today.

The National Weather Service forecast calls for surf of 2 feet or less along west and north-facing shores today and 1 to 3 feet on south facing shores.

Surf along east-facing shores will be 4 to 6 feet, generated by strong trade winds, resulting in rough and choppy conditions, forecasters said.

A new northwest swell is due in on Wednesday and is expected to continue through Thursday.
