No significant swells around islands

Advertiser Staff

With no significant swells expected today, the latest National Weather Service forecast calls for a small north northwest swell to arrive Wednesday followed by a larger one Wednesday night.

Surf along north and west shores could reach advisory levels by Thursday before the swell gradually subsides.

Today, surf will be 2 to 4 feet along east shores and 2 feet or less along south shores. North shores will see surf 1 to 3 feet.
