Interscholastic League of Honolulu champion Kamehameha (13-1) is seeded second, followed by third seed and defending state champion Baldwin (15-3). Big Island Interscholastic Federation champion Waiakea (11-0) is seeded fourth. All four seeded teams receive a first-round bye and begin play Thursday.
