Police yesterday arrested a 36-year-old woman at Sandy Beach who is wanted in Virginia on a warrant for custodial interference.

Nicole Delattre was arrested at 12:30 p.m. with her 8-year-old daughter. Police were alerted that Delattre was in Hawai'i by the FBI's National Crime Information Center network,

Police tracked her to Sandy Beach through equipment in her rented car.

Virginia authorities are seeking Delattre's extradition.
