Daniel Dae Kim, who stars as Jin-Soo Kwon on ABC's hit TV series "Lost," appeared in District Court this afternoon on drunk-driving charges and had his case continued until Aug. 14.

Kim wore a blue dress shirt and khaki pants for his appearance before Judge William Caldwell. After the brief appearance, Kim's attorney, Patrick McPherson, said they had no comment.

In October, Kim was stopped by a Honolulu police officer who had seen him driving "erratically" about 2:30 a.m. on South King Street.

Kim had a blood-alcohol concentration of .168, more than twice the legal limit of .08 percent. He was booked at the main station for allegedly driving a vehicle while intoxicated and released after posting $500 bail.
