MILILANI MAUKA
Freeway off-ramp will be closed down for 3 days

Crews will close the H-2 Freeway northbound Mililani Mauka off-ramp (Exit 5A) around the clock this weekend for pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, the state Department of Transportation said.

The off-ramp will be closed from 7 a.m. tomorrow through 4 a.m. Monday.

Mililani Mauka-bound motorists are advised to continue on H-2 to the next Mililani Town off-ramp (Exit 5B), turn right on Mehe'ula Parkway, and make a U-turn at the Kuahelani Avenue intersection; or to use alternate routes such as Kamehameha Highway.

The resurfacing is part of a $16.2 million rehabilitation project that will include the H-2 Freeway Waipi'o Interchange, Mililani Interchange and Kipapa Stream Bridge.
