Light trades, isolated showers in forecast

Light trade winds will prevail across Hawaii over the next few days, the National Weather Service said, with a slight increase in showers expected by Tuesday night.

Today: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 87. East wind around 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Tonight: Scattered showers, mainly before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. East wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Tuesday: Scattered showers, mainly after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 84. East wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Tuesday Night: Isolated showers before midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Wednesday: Isolated showers. Widespread haze after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 83. Southeast wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Wednesday Night: Widespread haze. Mostly clear, with a low around 70. East wind around 6 mph.
