23RD ANNUAL D.A.R.E. DAY CELEBRATION, fifth-graders will fill Stan Sheriff Center, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., to be entertained, listen to Mayor Mufi Hannemann and police Maj. Michael Thomas and take the D.A.R.E. pledge to avoid drugs, gangs and violence.
