Surf drops a bit along south-facing shores

Advertiser Staff

The surf has dropped a bit along the south-facing shores of O'ahu and hasn't picked up any where else, the National Weather Service said.

Surf along south facing shores is expected to be 3 to 5 feet through today, forecasters said.

Elsewhere, look for surf of 1 to 3 feet along east-facing shores, and 2 feet or less along north- and west-facing shores through today.

The south swell will linger through the Memorial Day weekend. No other significant swells are expected
