Free gasoline for a year from Lex Brodie Tire Company is one of the giveaways at the 31st Annual Home, Garden & New Products Show, June 13 through 15, at Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

The event, sponsored by Lex Brodie, Sam's Club, ABC Design Center and ABC Furniture, is a marketplace and expo for homeowners eager to explore design and decor elements for remodeling, planning landscaping and checking out the latest finds in lighting, kitchen, electronics and everything from windows to floors.

And prizes abound, too — large plasma TV from Sam's Club, a year of car washes from McKinley Car Wash, cruises to the Bahamas or Mexico from Rock Star Travels, recliners for dad from ABC Design Center, and vacations to Las Vegas from Vacations Hawaii.

For the hungry, "Taste of the Pacific" will offer local grinds from Le Crepe Cafe, India Cafe, Nani Baba's Ono Hawaiian Food, Som' Good Things, All Butter Dream Cookie, Plus One Tasty Dogs, Auntie's Eatery, CJ Thai, La Familia Mexican Restaurant, Thelma's Filipino Restaurant and Land of Organica.

Hours: 5 to 9 p.m. June 13, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 14 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 15.

Tickets: $5 general, $4 seniors and military with ID, free for children 6 and younger.
