There's little surf to speak of on O'ahu at this time, and it will likely stay that way until the weekend arrives, the National Weather Service said.

Surf of 1 to 3 feet is expected along the south-, east-, and north-facing shores today while west-facing shores can expect surf of just 1-2 feet, forecasters said.

A new south swell is expected to fill in Sunday night and Monday. Otherwise no significant swells are expected.
