TD FOOD GROUP

TD Food Group has announced two recent promotions: Michelle Moku to general manager of Pizza Hut in Kilauea and Chad Marcello to restaurant general manager of Long John Silver's A&W in Mililani. TD Food Group, Inc. owns and operates the Hawaii Pizza Hut franchise.

HISTORIC HAWAI'I FOUNDATION

The members of Historic Hawai'i Foundation have elected 10 new directors to the Board of Trustees:

Linda Faye Collins, president of Kikialoa Land Co.; Carol Fukunaga, 11th Senatorial District; Frank Haas, acting dean for strategic planning of the University of Hawai'i-Manoa School of Travel Industry Management; Lea Ok Soon Hong, Hawaiian Islands program director for The Trust for Public Land; Robert Nobriga, chief financial officer, Hawai'i National Bank; Michael O'Malley, principal, Accuity; Antony Orme, senior vice president of trust and private banking sales, Bank of Hawaii; Patricia Sheehan, Hanalei Land Company; Ramsay Taum, director of external relations and community partnerships, University of Hawai'i-Manoa School of Travel Industry Management; Richard Towill, president, Towill Tractec Inc.

Also elected were new officers to the executive committee:

President, Timothy Johns, CEO of Bishop Museum; first vice president, Ray Soon, principal, Solutions Pacific; second vice president, Stanton Enomoto, special assistant to the administrator, Office of Hawaiian Affairs; secretary, Lea Ok Soon Hong, Hawaiian Islands program director for The Trust for Public Land; treasurer, Robert Nobriga, chief financial officer, Hawai'i National Bank; at large officer, Michael O'Malley, principal, Accuity; at large office, Robert Iopa, president, WCIT Architecture.

AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK

American Savings Bank has announced these promotions and hires:

Kelly Zane is now assistant vice president, strategic planning and analysis manager. Patricia Terry is now vice president, Mililani and North Shore market manager. Macy Lee was hired as manager of the forensic investigations unit, responsible for overseeing investigations related to fraud, counterfeit, elder abuse, identity theft, internal investigations, and financial forensic investigations. Nelson Moku III is now assistant vice president, commercial banking officer.
