Parents, friends or relatives of Portuguese or part-Portuguese youth might like to enroll the young people in the Hawaii Council on Portuguese Heritage's Rainbow Heritage Workshop, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 14 at Camp Kokokahi in Kane'ohe. It's a chance to learn about history, language, arts, music, food, and all things Portuguese. Camp director Carole A.
