A concert of harp music is offered by Melody Rose Lindsay, 16, assisted by Constance Harding Uejio, principal harpist of the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra, alto Amelia Linsky, and flutist and narrator Christopher Lindsay.

Works by Gershwin, Handel, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Japanese, Chinese and Scottish tunes and more are on the program.

Lindsay is the U.S. representative to the Focus on Youth World Harp Congress, which meets in Amsterdam in July. This will be her second congress performance — she also represented in Dublin in 2005.

The concert, at 7 p.m. today at Central Union Church, is free.
