Bank employees sprucing up Stevenson School

Advertiser Staff

American Savings Bank's consumer marketing and product development, corporate communications and commercial banking employees and their families are volunteering their time today to help repaint and revitalize Stevenson Middle School buildings.

American Savings Bank is donating all necessary supplies and manpower for this community service project.

The project is part of the bank's "Seeds of Service" employee program, which enables and encourages bank employees to volunteer throughout O'ahu and the Neighbor Islands. The Seeds of Service program was implemented bank-wide in 2005 and to date, employees have contributed more than 5,000 volunteer hours to public, private and charter schools, in addition to nonprofit organizations.
