Surf dropping along most shores today

Surf that was 4 to 6 feet overnight along north-facing shores will be dropping to 3 to 5 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Surf will also be decreasing to 2 to 4 feet along east shores, 1 to 3 feet along south shores and 1 to 2 feet along west shores.

A moderate northwest swell is expected to arrive early Thursday will produce surf near the advisory level when it peaks Thursday night.
