Surf expected to reach advisory levels later this week

Associated Press

Big-wave surfers can look forward to Thursday, when a northwest swell is expected to produce surf near the advisory level, the National Weather Service said.

In the meantime, today's forecast calls for 3- to 5-foot surf along north shores, surf 2 to 4 feet along east shores, 1 to 3 feet along south shores and 1 to 2 feet along west shores.
