Lanes of Pu'uloa Road will be closed between Kamehameha Highway and Salt Lake Boulevard from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily throughout the week, except Tuesday, Election Day.

The closures will allow the Department of Transportation to make repairs and adjustments to the curbs, sidewalks and manhole covers in the area.

Specifically, the shoulder lanes in both directions will be closed and roadside parking will not be permitted. Additionally, all southbound lanes from Pukoloa Street to Kilihau Street will be closed. One northbound lane will be contraflowed to accommodate southbound traffic.

Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
