'Iolani tops Punahou in ILH water polo tournament title game

Rayfe Gasper-Asaoka and Vincent Lim scored three goals apiece to lead 'Iolani to an 8-5 victory over Punahou in the championship match of the Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I boys water polo tournament tonight at Punahou.

'Iolani will play Punahou, the ILH regular-season champion, for the overall title on Wednesday.

Kai Golden scored two goals for the Buffanblu.

In the third-place game, Pac-Five defeated Kamehameha, 8-5.

Trevor Owens scored three goals for the Wolfpack. Kirby Ai and Kila Pickering each scored two goals for the Warriors.

There is no state tournament for boys water polo.
