Award-winning and -nominated performers offer a concert titled Na Hoku Hanohano 'Aha Mele, presented by the Hawai'i Academy of Recording Arts (which also presents the Hoku Awards), at 2 p.m. today at Mission Memorial Auditorium, near City Hall.

On the lineup: Hoku Zuttermeister, Ku'uipo Kumukahi and the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame Serenaders, John Cruz, Pilioha and Maunalua.

It's free, but reservations are suggested: 593-9424.

Zuttermeister is especially busy. He'll also take part in today's free outdoor concert on The Great Lawn at Kapi'olani Community College. Other performers include Kaukahi at 5 p.m.; and the Keoki Kahumoku Trio at 6:45 p.m. Zuttermeister, with Ioane Burns on bass and the women of Halau Ka Liko Pua O Kalaniakea (kumu hula Kapua Dalire-Moe), take the stage at 8 p.m.

Bring your dinner (food will be available for purchase, too) and a sweater in case it gets chilly. The concert is sponsored by the KCC Office of Student Affairs as part of its community outreach.
