NFL: Redskins evaluate injuries

By Jason La Canfora and Jason Reid
The Washington Post

WASHINGTON —— Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss, who is nursing a hamstring problem, practiced in a limited capacity, Coach Jim Zorn said Wednesday.

Moss is featured in the game plan, and Zorn expects him to play Sunday, saying he was "very impressive" in practice.

In other developments, cornerback Shawn Springs (calf) missed practice again but is scheduled to practice either Thursday or Friday. Springs has said will be ready to play Sunday.

Defensive end Jason Taylor (calf) is back looking more like his old self, Zorn said.

"He's revving it up," Zorn said. "He's participating at full speed."

Zorn said linebacker Marcus Washington is regaining strength in his shoulder but "is not out of the woods yet" in terms of being able to play Sunday.

Offensive tackle Chris Samuels (knee) continues to practice and play through pain and said he is intent on facing Dallas.
