STAGE/TV/FILM

MANOA VALLEY THEATRE seeks male actors, ages 25-45, for the two-actor musical spoof, "Gutenberg! The Musical!" opening Jan. 14; auditions 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at the theater. Actors will portray numerous characters; auditions will be singing 32 bars of a Broadway song (bring sheet music in key; accompanist provided; no a capella or karaoke), and readings from a script (scripts and music CD available at theatre business office); 988-6131.

KAIMUKI HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER seeks public school students, grade 6 through high school (or alumni) who can sing, act and dance, for staging of "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," opening Feb. 17. Auditions will consist of one-minute monologues, singing (bring sheet music in correct key for a traditional Broadway song) and dancing.
