It's been a long time coming, but "Frank DeLima's Hawaiian Christmas Carol," in which the comedian puts an Island spin on Ebenezer Scrooge, now is available on DVD.

DeLima will appear at 4 p.m. Friday at Barnes & Noble Ala Moana to autograph copies of the seasonal play with music, filmed in 1982 and available for the first time on DVD.

Proceeds will support the Frank DeLima Student Enrichment Program, now in its 28th season, in which he shares tips and advice to middle school students on positive behavioral attitudes.

By mentioning the Student Enrichment Program at the bookstore register, a portion of anything purchased will go to the non-profit organization.
