Heide & Cook Ltd. has hired Ross Sasamura as director of operations. He will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of Heide & Cook's Construction Operations Division. He previously served as a senior associate trainer for Pacific Training and Development.

The company also hired David Yoshida as controller. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, staff payroll and human resource operations.

PARKER RANCH

Parker Ranch Inc. has hired William "Bill" Maris as chief financial officer. He will direct accounting, finance and tax compliance functions for all Parker Ranch entities.

Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. has appointed Shan Tsutsui as business consultant in its Client Consulting Group. He will provide insurance program consultation to large commercial businesses

NORDIC PCL CONSTRUCTION

Nordic PCL Construction Inc. has announced a new special projects division with an estimating and job operations team that will ensure rapid response to projects of all sizes.

The team will be led by Josh Stinson, who has more than 12 years of construction management experience.
