Survived by wife, Su Qun Lin; sons, Zhi Tao, Zhi Pei and Gary; daughters, Jenny Kwok and Zhi Mei Young; nine grandchildren; sister, Dai Mui. J. HAMLIN DAY, 84, of Vero Beach, Fla., died Oct. 26, 2008. Born in Honolulu. Singer in New York City; later started his own public relations firm; World War II U.S. Army veteran. Survived by wife, Virginia; daughter, Mary Ann Toomey; son, John; sister, Mary Wilson; five granddaughters; one great-grandson.
