CITY MILL

City Mill Company Ltd. has appointed CharlAnn Nakamoto human resources manager and Stephanie Nicholson merchant.

Nakamoto was previously with NCL America, the Maui Prince Hotel - Makena Resort, Renaissance and Westin Hotels. Nicholson was previously with Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn Teen and Macy's.

KIEWIT BUILDING GROUP

Kiewit Building Group general contracting and construction management firm has named Ryan Kozuma Hawai'i area engineer. He will handle technical training and personnel development, estimating, contract administration, and information technology.

CB RICHARD ELLIS

Derek Worchel has been hired as real estate manager at CB Richard Ellis Asset Services, specializing in retail. He most recently served as an assistant property manager at PM Realty group.

AQUA HOTELS & RESORTS

Aqua Hotels & Resorts has appointed Rose Kemna director of sales and Leonor Wong director of guest relations.

Kemna oversees daily revenue generation for Park Shore Waikiki, as well as retail market segments. Wong is in charge of Aqua's guest relations initiatives, as well as increasing service standards.

SCORE OF HAWAII

SCORE of Hawaii has announced several promotions:

Keith Ogata has been named to the national SCORE board of directors. He was previously the district director.

Mike Herb has been named district director. He was previously the chapter chair.

Dennis Bunda has been named chapter chair. He was previously the vice chair of the executive committee.

AMERICAN ELECTRIC

American Electric has hired Melvin Ing as Telecommunications Division manager. He will be responsible for the profit and loss portion of the division, and will also serve as sales and marketing point person. He has extensive experience in customer service management and technical engineering.

SOPOGY

Sopogy Inc., manufacturer of MicroCSP(tm) solar technologies, has hired Pamela Ann Joe as general counsel. Joe will manage the firm's legal affairs, including direct handling of contractual matters, corporate governance and continued compliance with laws and regulations.

Before joining Sopogy, Joe spent six years practicing at the law firm of Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel.

BANK OF HAWAII

Bank of Hawaii has promoted Scott Kuioka from assistant vice president to vice president. He will continue his duties as a portfolio manager in the Private Client Asset Management department.

David Oyadomari has been hired as vice president and Internet banking business manager. He is responsible for the development and execution of Bank of Hawaii's Internet and mobile banking channels, including www.boh.com, www.mobile.boh.com, e-Bankoh, online bill payment and the company's intranet.

Wanda Randall has been promoted from assistant vice president in the private client asset management group to vice president and leader of the investment review team. Her responsibilities include oversight of investment reviews for both private client asset management and institutional accounts.
