What does global climate change mean for Hawai'i? "Implications include coastal erosion, drainage problems, wave hazards and environmental damage," says University of Hawai'i professor Chip Fletcher.

Fletcher, who chairs the Department of Geology and Geophysics at UH-Manoa's School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology, is an expert on shoreline change and reef geology. He'll share the latest information on global sea-levels and answer questions in "The Impact of Climate Change on Hawai'i," at 11:45 a.m. today in the First Floor Reading Room, Hawai'i State Library. 586-3535.
