Hanalani Schools on Monday dedicated its library in honor of Samuel Northrup and Mary Tenney Castle and the financial contributions they have made through the charitable Samuel N. and Mary Castle Foundation.

Members of both the foundation and the schools were on hand.

The ceremony also honored the late Zadoc Brown, who donated more than 250 history books for upper school research to what will now be called the Zadoc Brown Collection.
