The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing is on today at Sunset Beach.

The opening rounds of the Roxy Pro women's contest and the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing men's contest are running in wave-face heights of 10 to 15 feet.

The women are scheduled to surf in the morning. The men are scheduled to surf in the afternoon, when waves are expected to get larger.

The Roxy Pro and O'Neill World Cup are the the second events in the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing for women and men, respectively.
