On World AIDS Day, Dec. 1, (RED)WIRE will launch with world premiere online musical performances including U2, John Legend, Sheryl Crow and many more. W Hotels across the country, including W Honolulu Diamond Head, are hosting official viewing parties throughout the evening.

The event is 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at W Honolulu Diamond Head's Diamond Head Grill, 2885 Kalakaua Ave.; 922 -1700.

Guests will have the opportunity to sign up as (RED)WIRE subscribers. Subscriptions to (RED)WIRE, a new digital music magazine, will be used to subsidize the cost of medicine for people who need it in Africa.

Specialty INSPI(RED) cocktails will also be available for purchase with a portion of proceeds going to the global fund.
