The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing is on again today at Sunset Beach.

The third round of the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing men's contest is scheduled to run today. Wave-face heights are in the 10- to 15-foot range.

Among the surfers expected to compete today are Hawai'i standouts Sunny Garcia, Fred Patacchia Jr., Bruce Irons and Roy Powers.

The O'Neill World Cup is the second of three events in the Vans Triple Crown series.

Today's competition is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The women's Roxy Pro will not run heats today.
