Advertiser Staff

Surf along north-facing shores has dropped considerably since yesterday but is still expected to be in the range of 3 to 6 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

The surf has also lowered a bit along east-facing shores and is expected to be 2 to 4 feet today, the Weather Service said.

Look for surf of 1 to 3 feet along west- and south-facing shores today, according to the report.

Outlook through Tuesday, Oct. 7: The north swell will gradually subside through Saturday. No other significant swells are expected.
