HECO work to slow H-1 viaduct traffic on Monday

Advertiser Staff

Honolulu — Hawaiian Electric Co. crews will be performing utility work on the H-1 Freeway and Middle Street at the diamond head end of the airport viaduct on Monday, Oct. 6.

Temporarily reduced speed limits will be necessary within the work area between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Signs, cones and special duty police officers will be used to keep traffic flowing through the work area, HECO officials said.
