Weather: Isolated showers likely throughout today

Trade winds will continue to weaken through tomorrow, leading to local afternoon sea breezes, the National Weather Service said.

Moderate trades are expected to return by Friday, bringing along a typical pattern of windward and mauka showers.

Here's a closer look at the next few days:

Today: Scattered showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 81. East wind between 6 and 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 72. East wind around 9 mph.

Wednesday: Isolated showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82. East wind around 9 mph becoming south. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Wednesday night: Isolated showers after midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 72. East wind between 6 and 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Thursday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 82. East wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
