Surf: 3 to 5 feet expected along eastern shores

Advertiser Staff

Surf along the east-facing shores of O'ahu will be 3 to 5 feet through today, the National Weather Service said.

Elsewhere, look for surf of 2 to 3 feet along north-facing shores; 1 to 3 feet along west-facing shores; and 2 to 4 feet along south-facing shores.

Outlook through Monday, Oct. 13: There will be a series of relatively small swells affecting all shores through Saturday. A large northwest swell will begin arriving early Sunday, likely causing surf to increase above advisory threshold along north-facing shores Sunday into early next week.
