A 13-year-old girl told police that she was sexually assaulted in September by an acquaintance, police said.

The girl, who lives in Wai'anae, told police that on Sept. 4 from 3 p.m. to about 4:15 p.m. a 32-year-old sexually assaulted her.

Police arrested Keith Crail Thursday night on three counts of sexual assault in the first degree and one count of sexual assault in the third degree. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
