WAHIAWA
Work to close H-2 ramp, Kamehameha Highway

The north-bound H-2 Freeway off-ramp into Wahiawa (Exit 8) will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. and also 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday.

During the same time, there will be multiple lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between the off-ramp and Karsten Thot Bridge on the far end of Wahiawa town.

North-bound H-2 motorists wishing to enter Wahiawa town are advised to take the earlier Mililani Tech Park off-ramp (Exit 7), turn left at Leilehua Golf Course Road, proceed to Kamehameha Highway and turn north to Wahiawa.

The closures will allow the Department of Transportation to conduct pavement resurfacing.

Motorists are also advised to use caution while driving through the work areas and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
