Congress urged to fund $42M in 'ready-to-go' Hawaii highway projects

A transportation group is urging Congress to fund more than 3,000 "ready-to-go" highway projects, including six in Hawai'i worth $42 million.
The group, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, said the projects could be under contract within the next three months.
