Mayoral candidates for O'ahu, Kaua'i and the Big Island will debate the issues during a live telecast at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 on KGMB9 and streamed on www.honoluluadvertiser.com.

The debate is in advance of the Nov. 4 general election.

Vying for Honolulu mayor are Mayor Mufi Hannemann and Councilmember Ann Kobayashi.

On Kaua'i, the candidates are Bernard Carvalho and JoAnn Yukimura.

The Big Island mayoral candidates are Billy Kenoi and Angel Pilago.
