BANK OF HAWAII

William "Bill" Shiroma has been promoted to branch manager of the Waiakamilo branch of Bank of Hawaii. His responsibilities include managing daily operations of the branch, including sales and customer service inquiries.

MAUI LAND & PINEAPPLE

Maui Land & Pineapple Co. Inc. has appointed Charles Ray Jackson vice president of real estate sales. He will oversee all Kapalua Resort real estate and Kapalua Club membership sales and will serve as primary sales liaison on all partnerships.

Jackson is the former executive vice president of sales and marketing for Gencom Group.

FINANCE FACTORS

Finance Factors Ltd. has named Neal Kanda as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this position, Kanda will oversee Finance Factors' overall financial plans and policies. Kanda will serve on the Finance Factors Executive Management Committee, in addition to his oversight of financial administration, investment portfolio and asset liability management.

MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL

The vacation ownership division of Marriott International Inc. has promoted Gregg Grigaitis to regional project director, Hawaii Timeshare Operations - Marriott Vacation Club.

Grigaitis will be responsible for coordinating sales strategies, working directly with the onsite leadership teams at Marriott Vacation Club's four oceanfront locales in Hawai'i - Ko Olina Beach Club on O'ahu, Waiohai Beach Club and Kaua'i Beach Club on Kaua'i, and Maui Ocean Club on Maui.
