Surf: 8 to 10 feet expected on North Shore today

Advertiser Staff

Surf along the north-facing shores of O'ahu is up a bit and should reach 8 to 10 feet today, the National Weather Service said.

Elsewhere look for surf of 1 to 3 feet along south-facing shores, 3 to 5 feet along west-facing shores and 4 to 7 feet along east-facing shores.

Outlook through Thursday, Oct. 30: The current north-northeast swell will continue to subside through Sunday.

An incoming northwest swell will persist into next week, with a reinforcing north northwest swell expected Tuesday. This swell will peak Tuesday near the advisory level.
