The Brazilian navy ship "Brasil" has arrived on O'ahu and will be here through Sunday.

It is berthed at Aloha Tower Marketplace Pier 9 and the ship's captain is offering free public tours of the ship during its stay.

Tours will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and you'll get a chance to interact with crew members, a news release said.

The captain considers the tours a cultural exchange and also a chance to offer a gesture of goodwill, the release said.
